Refund policy

Returns and Refunds: Purinade® Water Filtration Systems and Parts

Systems (30-day returns). You may return an unused Purinade® system within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging with all included parts. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

Filters, UV bulbs, and quartz sleeves. For hygiene and safety reasons, replacement filters, UV bulbs, and quartz sleeves cannot be returned once opened. Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Defective or damaged items. If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us and we will replace it. Please include your order number and a photo of the problem.

Return shipping. You pay return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

Refund timing. We will email you when your return is received and inspected, and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; your bank may take additional time to post it.
